KRZYSZTOF ZALEWSKI – Chairman of the Management Board

A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw and English-language studies at the School of English and European Law conducted by Cambridge University. He also completed postgraduate studies organized by the Warsaw School of Economics in the field of audit, financial control and accounting. A graduate of the Master of Business Administration program run by the Gdańsk Foundation for Management Development in cooperation with the Chamber of Commerce for Gas Industry in Warsaw.

In the years 2014 – 2016 he was a Member of the Supervisory Board of Centrum Diagnostyki Rurociągów i Aparatury sp. z o.o.

From July 2007 to June 2016, he worked at PERN S.A. in various positions, including since 2014 as the Legal Office Director – Legal Advisor. In the years 2013-2014 he was also a Legal Advisor in Operator Logistyczny Paliw Płynnych sp. z o.o.

Since June 2016, he has been the Chairman of the Management Board of Naftoserwis sp. z o.o., and from July 2018 he was also the Chairman of the Board of Centrum Diagnostyki Rurociągów i Aparatury sp. z o.o., coordinating the merger process between the companies.
